By accessing and using our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Products and Contracts
All our products are considered fresh/food consumables. Therefore, the right to return or exchange them "simply for change of mind" is forfeited once they leave the factory, in accordance with the executive regulations of the Saudi e-commerce law.
The factory reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order if the product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error.
2. Strict Cancellation Policy
Customers cannot cancel an order once its status changes to "Processing" or "In Progress," as raw materials for manufacturing are being consumed at that time.
If a cancellation occurs before production begins, a refund will be issued within 15 to 20 business days.
3. Inspection and Receipt (Legal Responsibility)
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon receipt from the delivery representative.
Complaints regarding manufacturing defects or missing items will only be accepted within one hour of the actual receipt date. No complaints will be considered after this time.
The manufacturer disclaims all responsibility for any damage to the product resulting from improper storage (heat, humidity, neglect) after receipt.
4. Delivery and Shipping
If the customer does not receive the order or provides us with an incorrect address, the manufacturer is not obligated to refund the product price, as it is a perishable food item.
The manufacturer is not responsible for delays in order delivery due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure) or external shipping companies.
5. Privacy and Data
Customer data is handled in accordance with the Saudi Privacy Policy and is used solely to complete the purchase process and improve service.
6. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be resolved in accordance with the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
